Roger is one of only four Quins players to have played over 300 games for the 1st XV. He in fact made 336 appearances and is fourth on the all time Quins appearances list. Roger (above) being presented with his 300 tie by Dorian Taylor, Quins Committee.

Played for the 1st XV between 1971-1987 (16 seasons)
Captained the 1st XV in the 1981/82 season
Played for the Welsh Civil Service XV
Captained the Quins 2nds (United) team in the 1975/76 & 1976/77 seasons
One of a few Quins players to have played when the value of a try moved from three to four and then four to five points.
