Carmarthen Quins head to Stadiwm Eirias, Colwyn Bay, on Saturday 21 February for the last pool game of the Super Rygbi Cymru Cup.
The 2025-26 Cup edition has been somewhat of a mixed bag; a defeat at home to Newport in the opening round, two points apiece from the postponed second round clash away to Pontypool, and a victory last weekend over Cardiff at home.
RGC sit in third position in Pool A having lost to Pontypool and Newport on the road, and securing a victory at home over Cardiff.

In the backline, Eilir George comes in at fullback in place of Iori Badham. In the pack, Iestyn Wood moves from the blindside into the second row for Lee Taylor with Iestyn Richards coming in to fill the blindside flank.
