Carmarthen Quins will make the short journey east on Thursday evening, 27th August, to take on WRU Premiership side Llangennech.
The game is the final on-field opportunity before the Super Rygbi Cymru season gets underway for the Quins on Saturday, September 12.
Quins have secured two victories from two in the pre-season friendlies thus far, against Tenby United RFC and Birmingham Moseley Rugby.
The games have afforded the coaching team to see new recruits in action and has seen several youngsters make their senior debuts, with much promise on show for an exciting season ahead.
