Carmarthen Quins head to Newport on Saturday, October 3, to take on Super Rygbi Cymru table-toppers Newport.
The victory over Carmarthen Park last Saturday has seen the Quins move into seventh position in the league but are aware of the challenges ahead as they prepare to take on the league leaders on their own patch.
Hooker Lewis Morgan takes over the captaincy duties and leads an exciting pack, a mix of experienced Quins stalwarts and some of Scarlets’ exciting young talent.
In the backline Eilir George makes his 50th Quins appearance.
