Super Rygbi Cymru league fixtures take a break with Cup fixtures ahead in a few weeks’ time.
The Super Rygbi Cymru Cup competition kicks off for Carmarthen Quins on Saturday 24th January against Newport at Carmarthen Park.
Carmarthen Quins have been drawn in Pool A alongside Newport, Pontypool, RGC and Cardiff.
Bridgend, Aberavon, Llandovery, Swansea and Ebbw Vale make up Pool B.
