Carmarthen Quins will kick off the 2025-26 Super Rygbi Cymru Cup campaign at home to Newport.
The Quins return to action a break in the league campaign, with the Cup competition kicking off in earnest on Saturday 24 January, 2026.
Quins have been drawn in Pool A alongside Newport, Pontypool, RGC and Cardiff.
Pool B consists of Bridgend, Aberavon, Llandovery, Swansea and Ebbw Vale.
