It’s a warm ‘croeso nôl’ to the Quins for flanker Shaun Evans.
With 73 Carmarthen Quins appearances to his name, having made his club debut over ten years ago and featured for us as recently as April, we’re delighted to welcome Shaun to the club on a full-time basis.
Shaun joins us from Scarlets, having made 65 career appearances for the region, playing in the United Rugby Championship and in Europe. Shaun was also capped by Wales U20s.
With eight seasons of regional rugby under his belt, Shaun brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and will be an asset to Quins’ exciting young squad.
Shaun will take over the captaincy responsibilities for the forthcoming season.
He will take the reins for the first time on Saturday 15th August as we head to Moseley for the first of our pre-season friendlies.
